W Capital named top-selling agent for Deyaar projects in UAE

W Capital Real Estate Brokerage has been named the top-selling UAE agent for Deyaar Development projects in 2025, according to a company announcement.

The ranking reflects sales performance across Deyaar’s portfolio during the year, as competition among real estate brokers remains strong amid sustained activity in Dubai’s property market.

Sales recognition

Commenting on the ranking, W Capital CEO Walid Al Zarooni said: “This achievement reflects the company’s successful marketing efforts and its strategy of aligning with market demands by promoting the best residential and commercial projects in the UAE market.”

He added that the recognition from Deyaar Development confirms the effectiveness of this approach as the Dubai real estate market continues to evolve.

About Deyaar

Al Zarooni noted that Deyaar Development, established in 2002, has grown into one of the region’s leading real estate companies. He said the developer’s market knowledge, property management services and diversified portfolio have supported its position in the UAE real estate sector.

“Deyaar is a comprehensive real estate solutions provider, thanks to its commitment to excellence and its vision of creating natural living environments and adopting customer-centric strategies,” he said.

W Capital strategy

Al Zarooni said W Capital has continued to strengthen its presence in Dubai’s real estate brokerage sector since its launch nearly two decades ago, citing a focus on sustainable growth.

He said the company plans to expand its client base through established promotional channels and by organising real estate exhibitions to showcase projects by major Dubai developers. The firm also aims to provide advisory support to clients while adhering to regulations and professional standards.

Market outlook

According to Al Zarooni, W Capital is working towards becoming one of the leading national real estate brokerage firms in the UAE, supporting developers’ expansion plans and highlighting investment opportunities in the market.

He also pointed to the wider impact of real estate development on related sectors, including brokerage services. Dubai real estate sales reached a record Dhs 682.5 billion, marking a 31 per cent year-on-year increase, he said, underlining the growth potential for the sector in the coming years.
