The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has announced that the Hijri New Year holiday for 1447 AH will be observed on Friday, June 27, 2025.
In a circular sent to all ministries and federal entities, FAHR confirmed the date of the public holiday, which marks the beginning of the Islamic lunar calendar year.
On the occasion, the Authority conveyed its congratulations to the UAE leadership, government, and citizens, as well as to Arab and Islamic nations. It expressed wishes for continued health and well-being for all.
