Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD) is honoring Ramadan by launching impactful initiatives that promote inclusion, sustainability, and compassion, aligning with the UAE’s “Year of Community.”

In collaboration with Emirates Red Crescent, SUAD is participating in the Grace Conservation Programme to distribute meals and food boxes to labor communities during Ramadan. This initiative supports those fasting while promoting unity and generosity.

SUAD students are leading projects like Zero Discrimination Day and the Student Iftar Gathering, which foster cultural exchange and inclusivity. The Ramadan Climb for Inclusion and Judo Inclusion Tournament celebrate people of all abilities, further supporting community participation.

SUAD launched the Donate Your Own Device (DYOD) campaign, donating over 275 IT devices to under-resourced schools worldwide. The Animal Welfare Club is also active, promoting initiatives like the Trap-Neuter-Return Program and volunteering with local animal organizations.

SUAD is offering a 10% Early Bird Discount for new students enrolling before April 30, making education more accessible to a broader community.

Through these initiatives, SUAD reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and community development.
