Shamal Holding has announced the launch of Naïa Island Dubai, a new private estate development just off the coast of Jumeirah, marking a significant addition to the city’s growing portfolio of high-end real estate.
Cheval Blanc debut
A key feature of the project is the introduction of the region’s first Cheval Blanc maison, which will include suites and private villas designed in the brand’s contemporary and minimalist style.
The property will also offer a limited number of branded beachfront residences and estate plots, each with private beach access.
Naïa Island Dubai is positioned close to Dubai’s main road networks, offering views of the city’s iconic skyline and coastline. The masterplan focuses on open green spaces and low-rise architecture, aimed at providing a sense of privacy and exclusivity.
Lifestyle and amenities
The island’s design incorporates a range of amenities, including dining venues, wellness spaces, and a private marina. Each element is planned to complement the natural landscape and support a tranquil, resort-style environment.

Early works on the project are currently underway. Once complete, Naïa Island is expected to become one of Dubai’s most exclusive residential destinations.
