Sanzen, a new UAE-based project development and management company, officially launched with a three-day pre-launch event in Dubai from December 11 to 13. The event introduced Sanzen’s vision and unveiled its first two projects: Zen Lagoons in Dubai and Sukoon by Sanzen in Sharjah.
The pre-launch event at the Sanzen Experience Center welcomed government officials, industry partners, investors, and brokers. It offered exclusive early access with up to a 10% advantage on select units before the full public launch. Interested brokers and investors can submit expressions of interest (EOIs) during this limited window.
Sanzen aims to focus on calm, purposeful, and human-centered developments across the UAE, operating through two development arms: Zenova Realty for Zen Lagoons, and Al-Sanad Investment & Development for Sukoon.
Abdul Aziz Al Sanad, Chairman of Sanzen, said: “Sanzen was created from a belief that the future belongs to developers who create real, lasting value, those who put people, not buildings, at the center. As our cities grow rapidly, the demand for communities that balance urban energy with human wellbeing has never been greater. Sanzen represents a new direction, where homes become a lifestyle shaped by clarity, and purpose.”
Zen Lagoons project
Zen Lagoons is a mixed-use waterfront development in Dubai’s Meydan area. The project offers 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and commercial office spaces. Residential units start at Dhs1.5 million for 630 sq.ft, while commercial spaces begin at Dhs2.8 million for 697 sq.ft.
Designed around wellness, the project includes meditation pods, yoga and Pilates decks, aromatherapy spaces, an infinity pool, outdoor gym, jogging track, and lagoon access. The location provides easy connectivity to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai International Airport.
Only 47 residential units are available during the pre-launch phase, providing early access at preferred pricing.
Sukoon villa community
Sukoon is a gated villa community in Sharjah, offering 3 to 7-bedroom villas starting from Dhs2.1 million and layouts from 2,240 sq.ft. It is designed for families seeking spacious homes and value in a master-planned environment.
The community includes lagoon-style pools, private patios, parks, a retail hub, nursery, mosque, community center, sports courts, and cycling lanes. Villas are equipped with smart-home technology, emphasizing balance between nature, space, and convenience.
Amro Saleh, CEO of Sanzen, said: “Sanzen enters the UAE with a purpose, to redefine how we live, by bringing the essence of Zen into modern urban development. Luxury should feel light. Communities should feel intentional. Homes should give people time back, not take it away. Our developments in Dubai and Sharjah represent a new generation of environments built around people, natural balance, and meaningful design.”
The event offered brokers and investors priority access to pricing, inventory, and unit selection ahead of the public launch.
