RAK Properties has introduced Solera, a new apartment community on Raha Island that marks the first development within its upcoming Downtown Mina district. This project aims to create a vibrant urban environment in Ras Al Khaimah’s waterfront area.
Project overview
Solera comprises 451 residential units spread across three architecturally distinct buildings connected by a shared podium. The apartments range from 386 to 3,104 sq.ft, with prices starting from Dhs 768,000. The community is designed to offer easy access to retail, food and beverage outlets, landscaped parks, covered walkways, and communal spaces.
Amenities
Residents will have access to a 40-meter infinity-edge lap pool, a children’s pool and splash pad, and the Solera Flame Pavilion, an outdoor BBQ kitchen. A
dditional facilities include a sculptural garden, telescope corner, hammock garden, skateboard park, and a gym. The community also features The NOOK, a social lounge and co-working space tailored for entrepreneurs and remote workers.

Downtown Mina is planned to include six integrated residential communities, all positioned to offer close proximity to the wider Mina master plan amenities and lifestyle offerings.
