PRYPCO and myAlfred team up to simplify UAE property investment

PRYPCO Blocks and myAlfred have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Dubai, setting the stage for a new collaboration aimed at making property investment more accessible for users in the UAE.

Investment benefits

Under the agreement, myAlfred subscribers will receive exclusive benefits of up to Dhs 350 when they make their first fractional investment of Dhs 2,000 or more through the PRYPCO Blocks platform. Both companies say the partnership is designed to encourage more residents to enter the real estate market through smaller, lower-risk investment options.

Amira Sajwani, Founder and CEO of PRYPCO, said: “Today’s signing marks a significant step in our vision to enable real estate freedom for everyone. Through our partnership with myAlfred, we’re providing InsuranceMarket.ae policyholders with a seamless and accessible entry point into property investment, empowering them to build sustainable, diversified wealth through fractional ownership starting from just AED 2,000.”

Avinash Babur, Founder and CEO of InsuranceMarket.ae, said: “At InsuranceMarket.ae, our focus has always been to deliver more value to our policyholders at every step of their journey. myAlfred enhances that experience by offering rewards that truly benefit our users. This partnership with PRYPCO allows us to take that value even further, supporting our users not just in protecting their assets, but also in growing them.”

Financial accessibility

The companies say the MoU supports a shared aim of promoting financial empowerment by helping myAlfred users move from saving to investing through a simple digital platform. PRYPCO Blocks allows customers to invest in real estate from Dhs 2,000, offering fractional ownership options that can be used to diversify portfolios.

PRYPCO continues to expand its partnerships across finance, technology, lifestyle and retail as it develops a broader ecosystem around accessible property investment. The company says these collaborations are intended to make real estate participation easier for a wider segment of UAE residents.
