Parkin to manage parking at six Spinneys and Waitrose locations in Dubai

Parkin Company PJSC has signed an operational parking management agreement with Spinneys and Waitrose to oversee parking services at six retail locations across Dubai, aiming to improve traffic flow and parking availability for shoppers.

Parking agreement

Under the agreement, Parkin will manage and operate parking facilities at the selected locations using its parking management systems. Shoppers will receive two hours of free parking, after which hourly charges will apply. The move is intended to help regulate parking use and ensure space availability during peak shopping hours.

The six locations will be equipped with Parkin’s parking technology, including automated access control and enforcement systems. The sites will also be connected to the Parkin mobile app, allowing customers to manage parking payments and access through their mobile phones.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, said: “Through this agreement with Spinneys and Waitrose, we are advancing our commitment to creating a more seamless and convenient shopping experience across Dubai.

“By providing two hours of complimentary parking and utilising our advanced parking solutions, we’re delivering a smoother and more efficient mobility experience at key retail destinations. Parkin remains committed to pioneering innovative, customer-focused solutions that optimise parking management, improve accessibility and shape the future of urban transport across the UAE.”
