Parkin Company PJSC has signed a five-year agreement with DAMAC Properties to manage parking facilities across several residential and commercial developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marking Parkin’s first expansion into the Abu Dhabi market.
Under the agreement, Parkin will manage around 3,600 parking spaces across DAMAC developments. The deal forms part of Parkin’s efforts to expand its presence in developer-owned parking assets.
Dubai locations
The scope includes about 500 on-street parking spaces in DAMAC Hills 1. Parkin will also operate roughly 2,700 parking spaces across 44 residential and commercial towers in areas such as Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina and Business Bay.
Abu Dhabi entry
The agreement also covers sites on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. This marks Parkin’s first parking management contract outside Dubai.
Parking services
Parkin will provide visitor and permit parking for short- and long-term users across residential buildings, commercial properties and community malls. All locations will be integrated into the Parkin mobile app, allowing users to manage parking services through a single platform.
The rollout is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. It will include integration of access control systems, automatic number plate recognition and enforcement technology across all sites.
