Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced to start complimentary shuttle service for all eligible passengers between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The shuttle service will be available until October 30, 2023 for the travellers who meet the requirements set by the airline.
Philippine Airlines passengers coming from Abu Dhabi and flying from Dubai International Airport (and vice versa) are eligible for the shuttle service.
“Eligible passengers must register to the Shuttle Service as soon as the ticket is issued. Submission cut-off is 3 days before the flight,” the airline said on its website.
Terms and Conditions
- Passengers holding valid and confirmed tickets with Business Flex, Business Value, Premium Economy, Economy Flex, Economy Value, and Economy Saver Fare Brands (including Super Saver for JFK) are eligible to register for a free shuttle International Airport, and Dubai International Airport. Fare brand specification may be checked in the endorsement field of your ticket.
- This Shuttle Service Arrangement has limited availability and is on a first register, first served basis.
- The Shuttle Service Partner of Philippine Airlines is Al Abri Car Rental for Dubai International Airport.
- Wheelchairs will be accepted with advance notice of at least 3 days before the flight. Please ensure to indicate in the remarks field of the registration form that a wheelchair will be brought. Only foldable wheelchair will be accepted.
- Animals including pets are not allowed on the shuttle van.
