Meraas unveils last phase of Nad Al Sheba Gardens community

Meraas has released the final phase of Nad Al Sheba Gardens, adding new homes and a school to one of Dubai’s long-established residential areas.

Phase 11 includes 210 villas and townhouses and marks the completion of the master community’s development plan.

Final phase launch

The new phase offers three-bedroom townhouses and four- and five-bedroom villas designed in Meraas’ minimalist architectural style. The developer says the layout focuses on open spaces, natural light and private outdoor areas. Some villas overlook parks and shared activity zones.

Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: “Nad Al Sheba Gardens embodies Meraas’ vision of creating exceptional neighbourhoods that contribute to Dubai’s urban growth and quality of life. Through every new phase, we continue to advance our wider masterplan for sustainable, design-led communities that bring people together and reflect Dubai Holding Real Estate’s commitment to shaping the city’s future.”

A school will be built on the north-west corner of the community with a dedicated access route to manage traffic. It is intended to support the growing number of families moving into the area.

Community amenities

Nad Al Sheba Gardens already features shaded walkways, cycling routes, yoga lawns and multi-sport courts. The community is also home to Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall, which includes retail, dining and leisure outlets for residents.

The launch of Phase 11 completes the planned clusters for the wider development.
