Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a Dhs690 million contract to Bhatia General Contracting Co. for the construction of phase four of Nad Al Sheba Gardens, a gated residential community located near central Dubai. The handover of this phase is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
New villas and townhouses
The upcoming phase includes 188 units, made up of 92 townhouses and 96 villas, along with two pool houses. The residential options range from three-bedroom townhouses to four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas. The area will also feature landscaped pathways and community-focused amenities such as a resort-style pool, an amphitheatre, running tracks, and a yoga lawn.

Located close to Downtown Dubai, Nad Al Sheba Gardens offers residents access to Business Bay, Burj Khalifa, and Meydan racetrack. A retail and dining hub, Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall, will also be part of the community, enhancing its appeal for families and long-term residents.
