Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has contracted Naresco Contracting LLC for the construction of Central Park Plaza, a high-end residential development within City Walk.
The contract is valued at over Dhs450 million, with project completion expected by the third quarter of 2027.
Residential towers details
Central Park Plaza consists of two towers—Tower A and Tower B—rising 23 and 20 floors respectively. The development includes 212 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, alongside four-bedroom townhouses and penthouses.
It represents the final phase of Central Park at City Walk, focusing on luxury living set in a green, park-like environment.
Community and amenities
The project aims to combine urban living with natural surroundings. Residents will have access to amenities such as swimming pools, children’s play areas, sports courts (tennis, squash, basketball), a running track, dog park, outdoor gym, spa, yoga and meditation zones, dining outlets, retail stores, nursery, and event spaces.
