Loylogic launches new website as loyalty strategies shift globally

Loylogic has launched a redesigned website as companies shift towards more flexible ways to manage loyalty and engagement programmes.

The update reflects a broader industry move away from traditional loyalty structures to systems that can respond in real time across customers, employees and partners.

The company said the new website presents engagement as part of a wider infrastructure rather than a standalone programme. It focuses on helping organisations deliver rewards and recognition at scale without relying on multiple systems.

At the centre of this approach is Loylogic’s Global Rewards Marketplace, which replaces fixed catalogues with a more dynamic system designed to adjust based on user behaviour and performance.

Demand for adaptable engagement tools has grown as businesses look for ways to influence behaviour and measure outcomes more accurately. Loylogic said its platform allows organisations to manage rewards across different campaigns and currencies within a single system.

The company also highlighted the role of technology in improving efficiency, including the use of AI to optimise reward offerings and delivery.

“Our new website reflects how the market is evolving and how we support that change,” said Gabi Kool, CEO of Loylogic. “Loyalty is no longer about standalone programmes. It is about influencing behaviour across entire ecosystems. The marketplace model enables organisations to do this in a way that is scalable, measurable, and aligned with how they operate today.”

“This is about making a complex capability easier to understand and activate,” said Adam Whatling, CCO of Loylogic. “We have simplified how we communicate what we do while maintaining the depth and flexibility required to support global organisations at scale.”

Loylogic said the new website is part of its 2026 strategy to further develop rewards marketplace systems, with a focus on improving how they are designed and used.

The company added that its platform can support both standard and customised implementations, allowing organisations to deploy solutions within days rather than longer timelines typically associated with such systems.
