Dubai’s most expensive villa worth Dhs3.2 million

Dubai is known for its wonders. From world’s tallest building to 7-star hotels, largest shopping mall and villas in the sea, Dubai has no match when it comes to luxurious lifestyle.

With its robust infrastructure, business-friendly policies and its position as one of the best cities to live in, Dubai is continuing to attract the super-wealthy from all around the world.

Once again Dubai has surprised the world with the sale of a luxury villa for whopping Dhs302 million. Yes, you read it right. It was the most expensive house sold in Dubai in recent years.

According to the details, CK Architecture Interiors has handed over two ultra-luxury signature villas on “Billionaires’ Row” in the prime location of Palm Jumeirah. The company is a vertically integrated design and build boutique specialist.

One of the most expensive villas located on Frond G of the Palm and totalling 55,000sqft, set a new record for the emirate’s burgeoning property market.

The Dubai-based company is also working on two more ultra-luxury double signature and two signature villas, which range from 5 to 9 bedrooms totalling 213,900sqft.

According to CK Architecture, prices of these villas range from Dhs120 million to Dhs300 million.

The villas are located on Frond G popularly known as ‘Billionaires’ Row’ on Palm Jumeirah. The villas are likely to be completed by Q1 of next year.
