Driven Properties created a new record in the real estate market by successfully selling a magnificent three-bedroom apartment located on the exclusive Jumeirah Bay Island, at the opulent Bulgari Resort and Residences.
The apartment was sold for a staggering Dhs13,543 per square foot, setting a new benchmark as the highest price ever recorded per square foot in Dubai’s real estate history.
