Dubai is reaching new heights — literally. Known for the iconic Burj Khalifa , Dubai is continuing its race to the top with four of the tallest buildings in the world currently under construction.

These towers reflect Dubai’s global ambition in architecture, real estate, and luxury living. Each one is designed to break records, offering not just height but unique features — from sky mansions and rooftop parks to the world’s highest pool and rainforest.

Here’s a closer look at the four landmark skyscrapers shaping Dubai’s next-generation skyline.

Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi, previously known as Entisar Tower, is positioned to become the world’s second-tallest building after Burj Khalifa. Designed by AE7 and developed by Azizi Developments, the tower resumed construction in 2025 after being rebranded and paused earlier.

Once complete, it will dramatically shape the Dubai skyline with its sleek design and central location close to Dubai Mall and major highways.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences

  • Height: 595 metres

  • Location: Business Bay

  • Floors: 104 + 7 basement levels

  • Completion target: 2027

A collaboration between Binghatti Properties and luxury brand Jacob & Co., this ultra-luxury residential tower is set to become the tallest residential building in the world.

Designed by Silver Stone Engineering Consultants, it features lavish amenities such as sky gardens, private clubs, spas, and “sky mansions.”

The tower’s watch-inspired design reflects Jacob & Co.’s signature aesthetic.

Tiger Sky Tower Dubai

  • Height: 532 metres

  • Location: TBA (Dubai)

  • Completion target: 2028–2029

Developed by Tiger Properties, Tiger Sky Tower is aiming for multiple world records—including the highest infinity pool, highest restaurant, and even a lush indoor rainforest.

With a project budget of $1 billion, the tower will feature a futuristic glass exterior and a rooftop park. Construction began in May 2024.

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

  • Height: 517 metres

  • Location: Dubai Marina (Tallest Block)

  • Floors: 122

  • Completion target: 2028

Relaunched from the earlier Pentominium project, the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will feature 251 branded luxury apartments, aiming to become the world’s tallest standalone residential skyscraper.
