Etihad Rail has unveiled the official uniforms for its passenger-facing teams, marking a key step in preparations for the launch of passenger rail services across the UAE.
The new uniforms will be worn by onboard hosts, station staff and other customer-facing employees once passenger operations begin. Designed in a grey colour palette with red accents, the collection reflects the company’s focus on professionalism, safety and modern Emirati hospitality.
According to Etihad Rail, the uniforms have been created to align with the operational needs of rail travel in the UAE while maintaining comfort, practicality and ease of movement for staff working in different service environments.
Passenger service rollout
The uniform launch comes as Etihad Rail continues preparations for the introduction of passenger services, which will connect key locations across the country through a phased rollout.
The network is expected to improve mobility and connectivity between communities while maintaining a focus on safety, reliability and customer experience.
Brand identity
The design includes grey tones intended to represent confidence and reliability, while red accents reflect the company’s brand identity and the UAE’s wider vision for growth and connectivity.
Etihad Rail said the uniforms are intended not only as operational clothing but also as part of the passenger experience, representing staff who will assist travellers and support journeys across the network.
Adhraa Almansoori, Executive Director of Commercial at Etihad Rail Mobility, said: “The unveiling of our official uniforms marks an important moment in the journey towards the introduction of passenger rail services in the UAE. These uniforms are part of our visual identity, but more importantly they represent the people who will become the face of the Etihad Rail experience for thousands of new rail passengers in the years ahead.
“Every detail has been carefully considered to reflect the values that sit at the heart of Etihad Rail: safety, professionalism, hospitality and national pride. As we prepare to welcome passengers onboard for the very first time, these uniforms help tell the story of a modern railway designed around people, connection and experience.”
Etihad Rail said further details on passenger services, stations and customer experience will be announced in the coming weeks as part of its ongoing rollout preparations.
