Emirates has been voted “Best Long Haul Airline” at The Telegraph Travel Awards 2025. The accolade was decided by 20,000 Telegraph Travel readers, recognising the airline’s services and travel experience.
Award ceremony and recognition
The award was presented last week at the Pompadour Hotel Café Royal in London. Helen Breen, Emirates’ Leisure Sales Manager in the UK, accepted the honour on behalf of the airline.
Emirates was also recently named “2025’s Most Recommended Global Brand” by YouGov, the only airline to appear in the top 10 global brands.
Over the past three years, Emirates has maintained strong recognition in the industry. The airline won ‘Best Long Haul Airline’ in 2023 and 2025 from Telegraph Travel.
In 2024, Emirates topped a global consumer study of 90 airlines, which evaluated factors such as punctuality, baggage allowance, route network, home airport quality, fleet age, rewards programme value, and in-flight meals.
