Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) announced new initiatives in longevity medicine and pharmaceutical innovation at World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai 2026, enhancing its integrated healthcare ecosystem.
Longevity care
Proto Clinic has introduced a personalised longevity programme combining diagnostics, genomics, lifestyle medicine, and continuous monitoring.
Dr. Wissam Adada, Founder and Chairman of Proto Clinic, said: “Longevity medicine requires a shift from reactive treatment to a clinically grounded, preventive approach tailored to each individual. At Proto Clinic, we combine advanced diagnostics, genomics and lifestyle medicine to deliver personalised longevity pathways that improve healthspan and long-term wellbeing.”
AI pharmacy innovation
DHCC also launched ‘The Formula’, the Middle East’s first AI-driven tele-compounding pharmacy platform. It provides patients with customised medications through digital consultation, AI-assisted assessment, and regulated fulfilment. Ameera Youssef, CEO of Acorn Research and Co-founder of The Formula, said: “By combining AI-supported clinical insight with regulated compounding pharmacy workflows, we are redefining how customised medicines are prescribed, prepared and monitored, while ensuring patient safety and clinical governance remain central.”
Business support partnership
Separately, DHCC appointed Zentral as the exclusive operator of DHCX, its free zone business centre. Rashed Ahmed Alawadhi, Director of Partnerships at DHCC Authority, said: “The appointment of Zentral as the exclusive operator of DHCX reflects our strategic focus on strengthening DHCC as an integrated ecosystem that goes beyond clinical excellence.”
