Elton Real Estate launches first residential project in Meydan

New UAE-based developer Elton Real Estate Development has announced the launch of its first residential project, Védaire Residences, in the Meydan Avenue area of Dubai.

The mid-rise development marks the company’s official entry into the UAE’s real estate market, with a focus on small-scale, community-oriented living.

Védaire Residences

Set on a corner plot with open views of Burj Khalifa and the Meydan Racecourse, Védaire Residences includes 43 apartments and three commercial units across five floors. The project is located minutes from Downtown Dubai, offering both proximity to key city areas and a quieter residential environment.

Founder and Chairman Anmoll D Shroff said, “Meydan Avenue offers a rare blend of connectivity, exclusivity, and future growth potential. It’s a location that aligns with our vision of crafting meaningful living spaces. As a developer entering the market, it also gives us the opportunity to create something distinct without being lost in the density of high-rise clusters.”

Construction and pricing

Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2027. Units start from Dhs 1.35 million for one-bedroom apartments, with two-bedroom options beginning at Dhs 2.21 million. The payment plan includes 10% on booking, 40% during construction, and 50% on handover.

Focus on lifestyle amenities

The development emphasizes a community-first design with a range of amenities including a rooftop beach-style pool, zen garden, outdoor cinema, yoga deck, business center, coffee bar, fitness zone, and pet-friendly facilities. Smart home technology and expansive windows are also key features, offering views of the Dubai skyline and landscaped surroundings.

Meydan Avenue growth

The Meydan Avenue area is undergoing rapid development, supported by strong infrastructure and connectivity. It is located close to Business Bay, DIFC, and key road networks. A future metro station and nearby malls such as Nad Al Sheba Mall and the planned Meydan One Mall add to its appeal as a residential destination.

Long-term plans

Elton aims to expand its portfolio with similar mid-rise projects across Dubai and the UAE, focusing on human-scaled residences and integrated community living.

Sales for the project will be handled exclusively by Dejavu Real Estate Broker LLC, with a dedicated lounge open for prospective buyers in Al Barsha 1.
