The 2026 edition of Airport Show in Dubai has been rescheduled to October, organisers confirmed on Thursday.
The event, organised by RX, will now take place from October 12 to 14 at Dubai World Trade Centre. It was originally planned for May 12 to 14 at the same venue.
The organiser said the decision was taken to support the safety and well-being of participants and to give the aviation community across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia more flexibility to attend.
The show will continue to run alongside the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum and the Women in Aviation Middle East Conference.
Industry platform
Now in its 25th edition, Airport Show remains a key business platform for airport development, innovation and sustainability in the MEASA region.
The event is held under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who leads Dubai’s civil aviation sector and Emirates airline group.
Organisers said the show has, over the years, brought together industry stakeholders to collaborate on major airport projects and new aviation technologies.
May Ismail, Exhibition Manager, Airport Show, said: “Airport Show has long served as a vital platform for bringing the airport community across the MEASA region together in Dubai, enabling suppliers and airport leaders to connect, collaborate and shape the future growth of the sector.
“The safety and well-being of our customers, partners and colleagues remains our highest priority, and the decision to run Airport Show 2026 later in the year reflects our commitment to ensuring that everyone can participate with confidence and for everyone to enjoy flexibility in planning their participation at this important industry gathering. We look forward to welcoming the airport community back to Dubai in October.”
RX said it will continue working with exhibitors and partners to ensure a smooth transition to the new dates.
