Dubai’s high-end property market continues to attract strong investor demand, with new multimillion-dirham transactions recorded at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay.
Luxury sales recorded
Binghatti has announced penthouse sales worth Dhs 270 million during June 2026 at its Bugatti-branded development in Business Bay.
The transactions include a penthouse sold for Dhs 200 million and another for Dhs 70 million, both purchased by international buyers.
The deals reflect continued demand for ultra-luxury homes in branded developments across Dubai’s prime locations.
Previous landmark deal
The latest sales come after a major transaction in December 2025, when a penthouse in the same project sold for Dhs 550 million. At the time, it was reported as one of the largest residential deals in Dubai and the wider Middle East.
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti has also attracted international figures, including Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr., Spanish footballer Aymeric Laporte and opera singer Andrea Bocelli.
