Danube Properties has announced the launch of Breez, a 60-storey residential tower set to become the tallest in Dubai Maritime City. The development marks the company’s second major project in the area, following the earlier launch of Oceanz.
Waterfront living focus
Located in Dubai’s growing maritime district, Breez is positioned as a luxury waterfront project with over 1,000 residential units. The tower includes studios, 1–4 bedroom apartments, and duplex villas, all designed to offer full views of the Arabian Gulf.
The project will also include retail outlets and restaurants at ground level, adding lifestyle and convenience for residents.
Resort-style amenities
Breez will offer more than 40 leisure and wellness features, such as rooftop infinity pools, fitness centres, jogging tracks, outdoor cinemas, barbecue areas, landscaped gardens, and children’s play zones. All units will be delivered fully furnished.
The total built-up area is around 1.5 million sq. ft., and the expected handover date is July 2029.
Danube’s 1% payment plan
As with previous projects, Breez will be offered under Danube’s 1% monthly payment plan. The developer highlights this model as a way to make luxury waterfront living more accessible.
