Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) said all its banking services are operating normally despite ongoing regional developments, confirming there has been no disruption across its branches or digital platforms.
The bank stated that its branch network, core banking systems and customer service channels are fully operational. Retail, corporate, commercial and institutional banking services continue without interruption.
CBD said its digital platforms and remote banking services are also functioning as usual, allowing customers to access deposits, payments, lending, trade finance, treasury and other digital banking services.
Customer operations
According to the bank, it has managed 2.7 million customer interactions across digital and branch channels during the recent period.
The lender attributed the continuity to its business continuity frameworks, liquidity buffers and risk management practices, which remain active.
Dr. Bernd van Linder, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank of Dubai, said: “Our priority is to deliver uninterrupted banking services and maintain consistently strong customer interactions across branches, digital channels and all relationship-managed platforms. We are operating normally across all branches and channels, supported by a strong liquidity position and a robust capital base. Our balance sheet strength, conservative risk management, and diversified franchise, position us well to navigate evolving conditions with confidence while continuing to support our clients and the UAE economy.”
CBD said it continues to monitor regional developments while maintaining focus on prudent risk management, operational stability and balance sheet discipline.
