Giorgio Armani, in collaboration with RAK Properties and SIE Group, has announced the launch of Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah, featuring the world’s first Armani-branded villas.
The luxury development will be located on Raha Island, a coastal district within Mina Al Arab, offering direct beach access and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
Exclusive coastal setting
Set in a secluded bay, the project includes a limited collection of beach villas and luxury apartments. Designed to blend into the natural surroundings, the homes reflect Armani’s design ethos of understated elegance and simplicity.
Each residence will provide private beach access, with views across Ras Al Khaimah’s shoreline, backed by the Jebel Jais mountain range.
Armani’s design vision
The residences are being designed by Giorgio Armani and his architectural team, drawing inspiration from his own private homes.

Lifestyle and amenities
Residents will have access to a range of curated amenities, including a members-only beach club, concierge services, and exclusive experiences managed by Giorgio Armani’s global network. These offerings aim to create a private and refined community lifestyle.
The launch also marks the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa and the 50th anniversary of the Giorgio Armani brand.
The development is aligned with Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the emirate’s economic, social, and environmental landscape. The area is home to diverse marine and birdlife, including turtles, dolphins, and flamingos, reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s image as the nature capital of the UAE.
