AMWAJ Development has marked key construction milestones in two of its residential projects in Meydan District 11, with the topping out of Starlight Park and the groundbreaking of The Cube Residences.
Both events highlight the developer’s ongoing expansion in Dubai’s mid-market real estate segment.
Starlight Park tops out
Starlight Park, a four-building residential project in Meydan District 11, has reached its structural completion. The project is now 44% complete, with interior and MEP works underway. The development remains on track for its scheduled handover in the second quarter of 2026.
Starlight Park will include 172 apartments across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, along with eight ground-floor retail spaces.
Amenities include rooftop swimming pools, gyms, yoga and boxing studios, EV charging stations, a rooftop cinema, and children’s play areas.

Over 400 site workers and staff were recognised at the top-up ceremony with a celebratory meal. Representatives from project partners Emsquare Engineering Consultants and Sumer Contracting Company also attended.
Construction begins on The Cube
Construction has officially started on AMWAJ’s second project, The Cube Residences, also located in District 11. Following the completion of shoring and excavation, the project now moves into the vertical construction phase.
The Cube is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026 and will include fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise building. The design focuses on smart layouts, functionality, and the use of sustainable materials.

Growing project pipeline
With more than Dhs500 million invested in the past two years and a target of Dhs1 billion by 2026, AMWAJ Development is expanding its footprint in Dubai’s premium mid-market housing sector. The combined value of Starlight Park and The Cube Residences exceeds Dhs400 million.
Both projects have recorded strong early sales and are progressing ahead of schedule, according to the developer.
