Alef Group has announced the launch of Hamsa 3, the final residential phase of its Al Mamsha Raseel project, part of the company’s flagship mixed-use development in Sharjah.

Spanning over 48,000 square metres, more than 65% of the Hamsa 3 area is dedicated to green open spaces. The development aligns with national sustainability goals, including UAE Vision 2031, the Green Agenda 2030, and the Net Zero 2050 initiative.
