Aldar Properties made headlines with the rapid sale of over 660 units at Verdes by Haven, an apartment complex part of the Haven by Aldar project in Dubai. The milestone was achieved in just 72 hours after the project’s launch, showcasing strong demand for Aldar’s debut development in Dubai, done in partnership with Dubai Holding.
The sales events were held at key locations like the Dubai World Trade Centre and Aldar Square in Abu Dhabi, as well as during an international roadshow across six countries. These efforts resulted in sales exceeding Dhs 1 billion, underscoring the growing popularity of Aldar’s lifestyle offerings in the emirate.

Verdes by Haven promises a resort-style living experience, blending nature and wellness with modern amenities. Situated overlooking Al Habtoor Polo Club, residents can enjoy stunning views of the polo grounds, a central park, and lush green spaces. The development will include co-working spaces, a state-of-the-art gym with a spa, and is set to begin construction in early 2025.
The sales data revealed that 83% of buyers were expatriates and international investors, with significant interest from markets such as India, Egypt, and the UK. This underscores Dubai’s appeal as a top global destination for investment and living. UAE nationals accounted for the remaining 17% of sales.
Among the buyers, 28% were women and 72% were men. A majority (56%) were under 45 years old, and 88% were purchasing an Aldar property for the first time, indicating Aldar’s expanding reach and appeal among diverse demographics in Dubai and beyond.
