Casa Vista launches AQUORA Phase 2 on Dubai Islands

Casa Vista Development has released Phase 2 of AQUORA on Dubai Islands after its first phase sold out ahead of the project’s official unveiling in Dubai.

Phase 1 sells out ahead of unveiling

The first phase of AQUORA, a waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands, sold out before its official unveiling on 28 October 2026, according to developer Casa Vista Development.

The company subsequently released Phase 2, giving prospective buyers another opportunity to purchase a home in the development.

The project was unveiled at Madinat Jumeirah in an event attended by more than 800 guests.

The announcement adds to the range of residential developments being introduced across Dubai’s waterfront communities, with AQUORA targeting buyers looking for homes combining waterfront living, contemporary design and lifestyle amenities.

What buyers can expect at AQUORA

Spread across 50,000 sq. ft. of land, AQUORA will have a built-up area of 242,000 sq. ft. and comprise 105 residences and six waterfront retail spaces.

The development will feature more than 20 lifestyle amenities, including:

  • A 22-metre rooftop infinity pool.

  • A Technogym fitness centre.

  • A yoga studio.

  • A Zen Garden.

  • A pickleball court.

  • A dedicated arrival experience.

Its architectural concept, described as “Form Follows Flow”, takes inspiration from the movement of water and incorporates light-filled residences and waterfront surroundings.

Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.

Developer plans further Dubai projects

Casa Vista Development said it is preparing additional residential developments for future announcement as it looks to expand its presence in Dubai.

The founding family’s business experience dates back to 2012, spanning construction, real estate, trading, commodities and logistics. Its strategic real estate investments began in 2015.

Commenting on the development’s reception, Abdul Basit, Chairman of Casa Vista Development, said: “What made the AQUORA evening special was not only the unveiling, but the confidence and enthusiasm we saw around the project. Phase 1 had already sold out before the unveiling, and the subsequent release of Phase 2 gives more people the opportunity to be part of the development. For Casa Vista, this is also a moment to look ahead as we continue preparing new projects guided by our commitment to thoughtful design, quality and trust.”

With Phase 2 now released, AQUORA represents the developer’s latest addition to Dubai Islands, with completion planned for early 2028.
