KASCO Developments has launched FALA by KASCO, a 109-home waterfront project in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, with studios starting at 419 sq ft and handover planned for Q4 2028.
New waterfront homes in Al Jaddaf
The development is located on the Jaddaf Waterfront, combining views of the water with access to Dubai’s urban centres. According to the developer, the metro is a two-minute journey away, while Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport are also within reach.
The project includes studios and three-bedroom homes, catering to different household sizes and buyer requirements. It also offers direct access to the waterfront promenade and views towards Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
What buyers need to know
FALA by KASCO will comprise 109 residences. The developer has announced a 40/60 payment plan, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
Studios start at 419 sq ft, while three-bedroom units offer larger living spaces for families. However, the developer’s announcement does not specify starting prices, so buyers will need to contact the sales team for current pricing and unit availability.
Waterfront living and planned amenities
The project’s design features curved terraces, large windows and open balconies intended to maximise natural light and water views.
Planned amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, landscaped terraces and direct promenade access. The development’s proximity to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary also offers residents access to views of the nearby natural area.
Project completion set for Q4 2028
With handover planned for late 2028, FALA by KASCO adds another residential project to Dubai’s Al Jaddaf waterfront district.
For prospective buyers, the key considerations will include the final unit prices, service charges, payment schedule and the availability of homes that match their budgets and requirements.
