Seven Seas marks two years with focus on guest experience

Seven Seas Hotel in Dubai’s Al Nahda 1 will mark its second anniversary on 15 October, with plans to expand its focus on dining, events and guest services.

Seven Seas Hotel enters its third year

The 317-room hotel opened in October 2024 and combines accommodation, restaurants, entertainment, leisure facilities and event spaces under one roof. Its location in Al Nahda 1 places it within a residential area, with the hotel targeting both international visitors and Dubai’s multicultural resident population.

The property’s offerings include international and regional dining, social venues and wellness facilities. Geoffrey’s Sports Bar, located on the 22nd floor, is among its main entertainment venues.

The hotel also caters to corporate gatherings, private celebrations and social events through its Mehfil banquet facilities and meeting spaces.

Hotel plans to strengthen guest services

As it enters its third year, Seven Seas Hotel plans to focus on improving guest services, developing its food and beverage offerings, expanding digital guest engagement and building partnerships with businesses and the local community.

The hotel also aims to connect its accommodation, dining and entertainment services into a more integrated guest experience, encouraging repeat visits.

“We did not set out simply to open another hotel. We wanted to create a place where people could stay, meet, celebrate and feel genuinely welcomed,” said Mr. Jitender Kumar Singla, Chairman of Seven Seas Hotel.

He said the hotel’s first two years had tested its determination, strengthened its team and reinforced its belief in Dubai’s long-term future.

Dubai’s tourism growth raises the stakes for hotels

Dubai welcomed 19.59 million international overnight visitors in 2025, a 5% increase compared with 2024, according to figures cited in the hotel’s announcement from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

The growing visitor numbers offer opportunities for hospitality businesses, while competition and guest expectations remain key challenges for hotels seeking to attract and retain customers.

For Seven Seas Hotel, the next phase will focus on service standards, dining, celebrations and closer engagement with guests and the surrounding community.

“Hospitality is personal. A comfortable room matters, but so do the welcome, the people, the atmosphere and the memories guests take away,” Dr. Singla said. “Our goal is to give people a reason to choose Seven Seas—and another reason to come back.”
