DAMAC Properties has launched The Lifestyle Collection, a portfolio of apartment projects across its master-planned communities, offering homeownership options with monthly payment plans starting from Dhs1,999.
The launch comes as Dubai continues to introduce measures aimed at increasing homeownership and supporting long-term residency among residents.
Homeownership push
According to DAMAC, The Lifestyle Collection is targeted at first-time buyers, end-users and long-term residents looking to purchase homes within established residential communities.

Market trends
The launch follows recent initiatives aimed at making property ownership more accessible in Dubai, including the Dubai Land Department’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme and changes to property-linked residency regulations.
According to the developer, more than 3,200 residents have purchased their first homes since the programme was introduced in July 2025, reflecting continued demand for homeownership in the emirate.
Recent updates to residency rules, including the removal of the minimum property value requirement for sole owners applying for a two-year property investor visa, are also expected to support buyer confidence.
Community living
The Lifestyle Collection includes apartments within DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Riverside.
The homes are located within master-planned communities and provide access to parks, open spaces, leisure facilities, wellness amenities and family-focused recreational areas.
DAMAC said the initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader efforts to attract long-term residents while supporting demand for community-based residential developments.
