Symbolic Developments has announced a limited-time offer for buyers at its Symbolic Zen Residences project in Al Furjan, where customers will receive a Jetour T2 with their home purchase.

The initiative, introduced in partnership with Elite Group Holding, applies to purchases made between May 1 and May 31, 2026. The announcement followed a signing ceremony in Dubai.

Under the scheme, eligible buyers will be provided with the SUV as part of the transaction. The offer links property ownership with transport, reflecting a broader push by developers to include added value for end users.

Project details

Symbolic Zen Residences is the third project by Symbolic Developments. Located in Al Furjan, it is designed as a low-density community with a focus on family living. The project includes furnished smart homes with features aimed at space, functionality, and long-term use.

Units include 2.5-bedroom apartments and select 3.5-bedroom garden residences. Homes are equipped with en-suite bedrooms, closed kitchens, large balconies, and smart home systems.

Murtaza Moiz, Vice Chairman of Symbolic Developments, said during the announcement, “We are seeing a clear shift where homebuyers are looking at the overall living experience, not just the property. With Symbolic Zen Residences designed around families and long-term living, it was important for us to align this initiative with something equally practical. Partnering with Jetour allows us to extend that thinking beyond the home, integrating mobility into the ownership experience in a way that reflects how people live day to day and making that transition more complete.”

Haroon Hayat, CFO of Elite Group Holding, said “The Jetour T2 is a family-focused SUV that fits naturally into everyday life in the UAE. Through this association with Symbolic Developments, it becomes part of a broader residential experience that reflects how people actually live, move, and use their time.”

Market trend

The move comes as the UAE real estate sector continues to see steady demand, with developers offering additional incentives to attract buyers. The project also includes amenities such as temperature-controlled pools, a jogging track, children’s play areas, and wellness facilities, along with sustainability features like EV charging and energy-efficient systems. Construction at the development is currently progressing, according to the company.
