Sabah Investment Group, in partnership with Reportage Group and global fashion brand ELIE SAAB, has announced the launch of Panorama by ELIE SAAB, the first branded residential development in Azerbaijan.
The project is located within the Sea Breeze community, overlooking the Caspian Sea.
Branded residences
Panorama by ELIE SAAB brings the design and lifestyle of the ELIE SAAB Maison to Azerbaijan. The development features 582 residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplex units, and a signature penthouse. Select homes are available fully furnished with bespoke pieces from ELIE SAAB Maison, crafted in Italy, with design input from Elie Saab and architect Carlo Colombo.
Design and interiors
The residences are designed to maximize light, comfort, and spatial flow, reflecting ELIE SAAB’s philosophy of elegance and balance. Penthouse units offer expansive terraces, indoor fireplaces, and sweeping views of Sea Breeze and the Ribbon Tower. Residents can also work directly with ELIE SAAB Maison to personalise their homes.
Lifestyle amenities
The development includes lounges, a business centre, fitness facilities, a private spa, infinity pools, a children’s play area, squash courts, table tennis, and a dedicated aquatics centre. Neighbourhood retail and dining options are also part of the community, while common areas feature furniture and décor from ELIE SAAB Maison.
