Indikaya offers special menu for UAE's 54th National Day

To mark the UAE’s 54th National Day, INDIKAYA will offer a special one-day dining experience celebrating the country’s spirit of unity through Indian cuisine. The event will take place on Monday, December 2, featuring a curated multi-course menu named Eid Al Etihad.

Priced at Dhs 160 per person, the menu represents a 54 percent tribute to the nation, down from its usual value of Dhs 350. The experience aims to highlight craftsmanship and cultural depth rather than extravagant celebration.

“National Day brings together everyone who calls the UAE home,” said Chef Hemant of INDIKAYA. “Our intention is simple. We honour the day through thoughtful dishes that respect where we come from and reflect who we are today.”

Course highlights

The meal begins with an Amuse Bouche, followed by a choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian starters. Vegetarian options include Jaitooni Malai Paneer Tikka and Subz Shikampuri Kebab, while non-vegetarian dishes feature Malabari Fish Tikka and Kesari Murgh Ki Chaap.

Main courses continue the theme of balance. Vegetarian selections are Khumbh Makhane Ka Salan and Paneer Methi Ki Bhurji. Non-vegetarian dishes include Kandhari Murgh and Lagan Ka Ghost. All mains are served with Dal Makhani, Minted Kabuli Pulao, and assorted Indian breads.

The menu concludes with desserts Berry Phirni and Malai Kulfi, providing a subtle and celebratory finish to the meal.

With limited seating, the restaurant recommends early reservations for those wishing to participate in this intimate National Day experience.
