Property Finder invests in real estate platform Stake

Property Finder has announced an investment in Stake, a regional digital real estate investment platform, as part of its strategy to back technology-driven companies transforming the Middle East’s property sector.

Expanding tech investment

The move highlights Property Finder’s focus on supporting high-growth innovators that make property ownership and investment more accessible. Stake allows users to invest in fractional ownership and private real estate funds starting from Dhs 500, providing an entry point for a wider range of investors.

The Dubai-based start-up was named Proptech of the Year at the 2024 Property Finder Awards and has gained attention for its approach to transparency and liquidity in real estate investing.

Shared vision for innovation

“We’ve seen first-hand how Stake has grown from a promising start-up to a key leader in the region’s tech ecosystem,” said Michael Lahyani, Founder & CEO at Property Finder. “As a company that shares our values of trust, transparency, and innovation, we’re proud to support their continued growth through this investment.”

He added, “We believe that the future of real estate in this region will be shaped by collaboration and innovation. Investing in companies like Stake underscores our belief in the power of technology to expand opportunity and empower consumers across the property journey.”

Strengthening regional ecosystem

Stake’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Rami Tabbara, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Property Finder as a shareholder and investor. Having the region’s leading property platform believe in our mission and invest in our growth is a huge endorsement of what we’re building.

“Property Finder has always championed innovation and consumer empowerment in real estate, and this partnership creates a powerful alignment to accelerate the evolution of the ecosystem for investors, sellers and homeowners alike.”

Property Finder said the investment is part of its wider ambition to nurture the MENA tech ecosystem and support companies that align with its vision of a more transparent, efficient, and data-driven real estate market. The company continues to explore partnerships with regional start-ups reshaping how people live, search, and invest in property.
