The home retail event will run until October 16, offering deals at more than 100 brands, alongside workshops and immersive experiences.

The festival opens with a four-day Mega Sale Weekend from October 3 to 6, with discounts of up to 90% on furniture, décor, electronics, and home appliances. Participating retailers include Crate & Barrel, Chattels & More, Home Box, United Furniture, Galeries Lafayette, and more.

Offers for first-time buyers

In support of the First Time Home Buyer programme led by the Dubai Land Department and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, DHF 2025 offers targeted deals for new homeowners. Visitors can explore virtual home configurations, attend family-friendly workshops, and try out personalisation tools powered by new home technologies.

This year’s festival includes the new Shop, Scan and Win – Home Glam Up campaign, where five winners will receive Dhs 20,000 each upon spending Dhs 500 or more. Emax will host a parallel campaign offering Dhs 50,000 in instant scratch-and-win prizes for shoppers spending at least Dhs 1,500.
