Deyaar Development PJSC has unveiled the final phase of its Park Five community in Dubai Production City, introducing two new residential buildings: Ivy and Alder.
The announcement follows the earlier launch of Elm, Ember, and Neem, marking a key milestone in the company’s multi-phase development.
New residential units
The Ivy and Alder buildings will add 277 residential units to Park Five, offering a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Ivy will also feature duplex units designed like townhouses—the first of their kind in Dubai Production City.
Each unit is designed to reflect modern architecture, with a focus on open views, comfort, and community-centric living.
Features and amenities
Residents will have access to a range of facilities including separate swimming pools for adults and children, play areas, fitness and wellness centres, and rooftop leisure spaces. The buildings will also include modern lobbies with retail outlets and dedicated barbecue and seating areas to support community engagement.
According to Deyaar, the design reflects the goals of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, promoting sustainability and improved urban living.
Completion in 2027
The entire Park Five community is set for completion by December 2027. Deyaar said the project was developed in response to growing demand for varied housing options in Dubai’s evolving real estate market.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: “This project marks a significant step in our overall vision for developing Park Five as a pioneering model of community living, in line with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040. Building on the successful launches of the Elm, Ember, and Neem buildings, this final phase adds a strategic touch that aligns with the growing demand for diverse housing options amid a rapidly evolving urban environment. By integrating thoughtful design with sustainable practices, we are committed to creating an environment that supports residents’ prosperity and encourages social interaction while enjoying a high quality of life.”
Hamdan Al Kaitoob, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Deyaar, added: “We not only aim to provide additional residential units but strive to create living communities that touch people’s lives and reflect their aspirations. The final phase of the project embodies our deep commitment to high quality and sustainable development. We are excited to see the positive impact this project will have on the real estate market, and we look forward to delivering the best real estate solutions that meet our clients’ expectations.”
