Dubai South Properties has sold out the first two phases of its newly launched luxury residential community, Hayat by Dubai South, within hours of launch, with sales exceeding Dhs1.2 billion.
Project details and offerings
Hayat will include around 2,500 units, featuring townhouses, semi-detached and standalone villas, mansions, apartments, and hotel apartments.
Residences will offer between one and five bedrooms. The community is designed with various amenities such as parks, shaded walking trails, play areas for families, fitness and wellness centres, community pools, landscaped gardens, and a retail boulevard with shops and cafés within walking distance.
