Valor Hospitality Partners, Accor, and Al Feroz Group have announced a new agreement to open Pakistan’s first Pullman-branded hotel in Karachi.
The hotel, named Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower, is scheduled to open in 2028 and will be part of a larger mixed-use development.
Located in Clifton
The 220-key hotel will be located at Dolmen Mall Clifton, a prominent area with access to Karachi Port, the Central Business District, diplomatic zones, and key transport hubs including the international airport. The development will also include 28 serviced apartments, multiple dining options, and wellness facilities such as a spa, outdoor pool, and fitness centre.
The project is part of a masterplan under Brentwood Hospitality, developed by Al Feroz Group. The hotel will feature over 2,100 square metres of event space, with seven venues designed to serve both business and leisure guests.
Design and concept
IDA (International Design Associates), known for its culturally contextual interiors, has been appointed as the design lead. The firm has delivered more than 300 hospitality projects globally and will shape the hotel’s interior based on its surroundings and client vision.
“Being appointed to operate Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower is a powerful vote of confidence in Valor’s reputation for delivering bold, world-class hospitality,” said Julien Bergue, Co-Founder & Managing Partner – Middle East, AMEA at Valor Hospitality Partners.
“As our second property in Pakistan, this landmark project with Accor and Al Feroz Pvt Ltd reflects our long-term commitment to the region and underscores our strength in managing complex, mixed-use developments in high-growth markets like Karachi.”
Maya Ziade, Chief Development Officer, Premium, Midscale & Economy Division, Middle East, Africa & Türkiye at Accor, said: “We are delighted to introduce the Pullman brand into Pakistan, further strengthening our footprint in the country’s premium hospitality sector. This milestone underscores the strength of our partnerships with owners and responds to the growing appetite for elevated guest experiences.”
Nawaz Mahmood, Chief Operating Officer – Brentwood Hospitality, added: “As demand surges for upscale, modern hospitality—including premium hotels, serviced apartments, and branded residences—Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower is set to redefine business and leisure travel in the city. This landmark project will establish new industry benchmarks, generate employment opportunities, and elevate Karachi’s global stature, alongside Pakistan’s.”
Regional expansion
The new Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower will operate under a franchise agreement with Accor and will be managed by Valor Hospitality.
The project marks Valor’s second venture in Pakistan and contributes to its portfolio of more than 90 hotels worldwide. For Accor, it expands the Pullman brand’s premium offering in South Asia. For Al Feroz Group, the development aligns with its vision of expanding urban hospitality through the Brentwood brand across Pakistan.
