Sky View Development, a new venture by the established Sky View Group, has officially broken ground on its first residential project, Avion Residence, located in Dubai South.
This marks the group’s debut in property development after nearly two decades in Dubai’s real estate sector.
Luxury homes and amenities
Avion Residence is planned as a modern residential building featuring spacious apartments and lifestyle-focused amenities.
These include a rooftop beach-style swimming pool, a multipurpose room suitable for children’s play, home offices, or yoga, and other design elements aimed at families and professionals. The development is scheduled for completion within 24 months.
Construction is being handled by Elements 4, a regional contracting and fit-out company with more than 18 years of experience. The collaboration is intended to ensure high design and construction standards.
Strategic Dubai South location
Located near Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City, the project offers strong connectivity and is positioned as an attractive choice for both investors and residents.
