Azizi Developments has announced its largest project to date — Azizi Milan, a master-planned community inspired by the elegance and heritage of Milan, Italy.
Covering 40 million square feet, the Dhs 75 billion development will house over 81,000 homes and accommodate a population of around 144,000 residents.
The official launch, held at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, welcomed over 10,000 guests and featured performances by Tamer Hosny, Nora Fatehi, and Sunidhi Chauhan.
Inspired by Milan
Azizi Milan brings Italian sophistication to Dubai with bold arches, landscaped rooftops, infinity pools, and scenic panoramic elevators. Inspired by Milan’s cultural richness, the community is designed as a hub for both everyday life and fashion-driven experiences.
A key highlight is its pedestrian-only fashion streets, each themed around a unique element of style—from perfumes and cosmetics to handbags and high fashion. These vibrant streets will be home to boutique retail, dining venues, and international fashion events.
A Sustainable city
Azizi Milan is designed as a zero-carbon community, integrating green building practices, landscaped rooftops, and extensive greenery across podiums and public spaces. The project supports global sustainability efforts through carbon offsetting via certified mangrove, forest, and solar initiatives.
Every building features rooftop gardens, and residents will enjoy canals, water features, sports courts, and wellness spaces, making Milan not just beautiful, but also community-focused and environmentally conscious.
Location
Situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Azizi Milan offers easy access to all major Emirates. It is also just a short walk from a future Blue Line metro station, providing seamless connectivity for residents and visitors alike.
High-rise towers up to 70 stories will define the skyline, while mid-rise buildings and a central canal will shape a more tranquil, livable environment.
