Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality group, has officially launched Taj Wellington Mews on Al Marjan Island in partnership with BNW Developments, a key name in luxury real estate.
The project made headlines as 97 units were reserved within the first 24 hours, making it one of the UAE’s fastest-selling luxury developments. The launch event, held at Dubai World Trade Centre, was hosted by Dubai Bling star and RJ Kris Fade, with a special performance by comedian Kenny Sebastian.
Top real estate experts and over 60 brokerage agencies attended the unveiling, highlighting the project’s significance.

At the heart of the event was the formal reveal by Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, and Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-founder.
