Palma Development has unveiled Serenia District, a Dhs 5 billion upscale residential project in the heart of Jumeirah Islands. Spanning 600,000 sq. ft. with a built-up area of 3.5 million sq. ft., it aims to set a new standard for luxury living in Dubai.
