Highlighting Jabra’s offerings, he stated, “We are the market leader for unified communication solutions, primarily through our body-worn technology like headsets.” The Jabra Evolve series and Jabra Engage solutions cater to both hybrid workers and back-office employees. “In the video space, we provide solutions like Jabra Panacast, integrated with platforms like Microsoft, Zoom, and Google.”

Artificial Intelligence in remote work

Reisinger emphasized the role of AI in enhancing remote work experiences. “We aim to give AI human-like perception, using microphones and cameras to analyze meeting environments,” he shared. “For example, our AI can identify speakers in a meeting and provide transcripts through Microsoft Teams, which helps streamline communication.”

Discussing partnerships, he noted, “We have long-standing relationships with companies like Microsoft, Lenovo, and Zoom. Our focus is on signing new resellers and closing deals to expand our market presence.”

Cybersecurity and privacy

On the topic of cybersecurity, he assured, “All our sensors encrypt data during transmission, whether it’s to Microsoft or Zoom. Privacy is critical; using a headset provides a secure link for conversations, keeping personal data safe.”

When asked about Jabra’s expansion plans, Reisinger stated, “We are investing heavily in the Middle East due to fantastic business opportunities. We’re constantly evolving our portfolio based on customer feedback from the region.”

Lastly, he addressed the technological landscape in the UAE, noting, “We see a high adoption rate of hybrid work and personal AI technologies. Globally, around 70 to 80% of people use AI in their daily lives, and this number might be even higher in the Middle East. Our tools are designed to help knowledge workers enhance their productivity.”
