Dubai’s real estate development and management leader Wasl has announced the launch and development of One B Tower – a new luxury high-rise situated in a prime location overlooking the picturesque Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay.
The sale of residential units is set to take place on May 28 and 29.

Located strategically on Sheikh Zayed Road, One B Tower is due to be completed by Q2 2028. The project strikes a balance between luxurious modern living and nature’s beauty.
The 48-storey tower comprises of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments, as well as two-, three- and four-bedroom duplexes, and a penthouse.
Plans for the luxurious tower were initially revealed in March to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and is set to be part of the “One Billion Meals Endowment” campaign.
UN Studio and SIEC Consultants have worked alongside Wasl to design this project. UN Studio, a full-service architecture design firm, and SIEC Consultants, are currently involved in the design and development of some of the most iconic projects in the region including the Amaala Airport in KSA and Teatro Mall in Jeddah. UN Studio has also designed one of Wasl’s landmark projects: Wasl Tower, one of the world’s tallest sustainable building with a ceramic façade.

The tower will comprise a striking podium with an elevated ceiling and towering column structures, leaving one in awe the moment they step in, earning the tagline “The Heart of Luxury.”
The tower’s residents will be able to enjoy unparalleled views of Safa Park, Dubai Water Canal, and the sea. Furthermore, the homes come with expansive spaces and are meticulously designed to impart an aura of absolute luxury and comfort.
