Dubai is set to welcome the world’s largest designer wellness residential tower, following the launch of Vincitore Wellness Estate by Vincitore Realty. The project introduces the GCC’s first scientifically designed and certified wellness homes, reinforcing Dubai’s growing position in the global wellness real estate sector.
Over 65 wellness amenities in Vincitore Wellness Estate
Located in Majan, near Al Barari, Vincitore Wellness Estate will feature more than 65 wellness-focused amenities spread over eight levels, covering 200,000 sq ft of dedicated space. These include natural bamboo forests, Himalayan salt therapy caves, infrared saunas, Turkish hammams, sound healing studios, kayaking lagoons, and rooftop infinity pools.
The development aims to prioritise resident wellbeing through built-in lifestyle experiences, part of a broader trend towards health-focused living spaces.
Scientifically designed homes
The residences are built with wellness architecture principles, integrating features such as HEPA and UVC air filtration, antimicrobial flooring, electromagnetic shielding, and vitamin C-infused showers. Kitchens will include antibacterial surfaces and anti-odour charcoal filtration, while bedrooms and bathrooms will offer sound insulation and water softening systems.

Select units will also include private wellness pools designed for therapeutic use.
Payment options
In addition to the launch, Vincitore announced Dubai’s first construction-linked post-handover payment plan, allowing buyers to pay over six years. A separate investor-focused plan guarantees 8% net return for three years.
The new payment structures aim to attract both end-users and investors seeking long-term value and flexibility.
Strategic location in Majan
Vincitore Wellness Estate is positioned in Majan, close to key Dubai attractions such as Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure. With direct access to E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road) and a planned Gold Metro Line, the area is emerging as a new investment hub with growth potential and strong rental yields.
“This is not just another launch in the UAE, it is a blueprint for the future of living,” said Veer Doshi, CEO & Managing Director of Vincitore Realty.
“With Vincitore Wellness Estate, we have envisioned a sanctuary where science and serenity converge, and where true value is measured not in price per square foot, but in wellness per square foot.”
The launch follows the success of Vincitore Benessere, the developer’s previous wellness-focused project, which recorded returns between 80% and 140% and was awarded Dubai’s Best Real Estate Investment.
