The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) has announced the opportunity for global investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, and business financiers to benefit from the UAE’s Business Opportunities Visa.

This visa allows the holder to visit the UAE for business exploration, either through a single or multiple trips, based on the applicant’s eligibility and the requirements set. The maximum stay is limited to 180 days.

To apply for this visa, applicants must meet four key conditions:

  1. The applicant must be a qualified professional in the field they wish to explore in the UAE.
  2. The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six months.
  3. The applicant must have valid health insurance coverage in the UAE.
  4. The applicant must provide a confirmed ticket for departure or onward travel from the UAE.

Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of ICP, highlighted that the UAE offers an attractive environment for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners, with comprehensive services designed to support innovative projects that drive the nation’s economic growth.

He also noted that the UAE’s world-class infrastructure, legal frameworks, and competitive logistical services create ideal conditions for business success and expansion.

This visa serves as a key incentive for investors, providing flexibility with single or multiple entries and validity options of 60, 90, or 120 days, ensuring the total stay remains within the 180-day limit.
