TownX, a growing real estate developer in Dubai, has announced the launch of Ashley Hills, a new residential development in Arjan valued at Dhs 662 million.
The project spans over 400,000 square feet of sellable area and includes 616 residential units aimed at families and investors.
Project details and location
Ashley Hills offers a range of apartments with spacious interiors and modern amenities. The development is located in Arjan, a rapidly developing district with good connectivity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The area also features schools, retail centres, parks, and recreational facilities.
Payment plan
The project provides two payment options: a 40/60 plan with 40% due during construction and 60% at handover, and a 70/30 plan with 70% due during construction and 30% at handover. These flexible plans are intended to make home buying more accessible.

Previous projects include Easy18, Easy19, Luma21, and Luma22 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), with ongoing developments such as 11 Hills Park at Dubai Science Park and Luma Park Views in JVC. Ashley Hills marks another step in the company’s expansion in Dubai’s real estate market.
